Shipping

Collection 001 is expected to require approximately 4–6 weeks for processing and fulfillment before orders are shipped. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Any carrier transit estimate — including estimates shown at checkout — begins only after the 4–6 week processing and fulfillment period is complete and your order has shipped. It does not describe the total time from purchase to delivery.

VELOR is based in Canada. Available shipping destinations, rates and estimated delivery timeframes are shown during checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Any duties, customs fees or import taxes are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. Where a charge applies, the carrier collects it from you before delivery.

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email support@velorstudio.ca with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
