Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different size are accepted within 30 days, subject to availability.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags, hardware and packaging intact. Pieces showing wear, scent or alteration cannot be accepted.

Email support@velorstudio.ca with your order number and the reason for return. We'll issue instructions within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Archive and clearance pieces marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the item is faulty.
