What size should I order?

Collection 001 is unisex and offered in S, M and L. The pieces are true to size with a relaxed streetwear cut, so take your normal size for the intended fit. If you prefer an oversized look, or you are between sizes, size up. The hoodie and pants can be bought separately, so you can take different sizes for the top and bottom. Every product page has the full size guide with garment measurements.

What is the fabric?

350 GSM 100% cotton French terry, with a subtle all-over pattern, rhinestone Velor script, crowned winged H back emblem, premium metal zipper, drawcord details and a woven VELOR label. The weight gives the pieces structure and a heavier, more substantial hand feel than standard fleece.

How do I care for my VELOR pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Turn the garment inside out to protect the rhinestone script and back emblem. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly over the rhinestones or the emblem. Tumble dry low or, ideally, lay flat to dry. Cotton French terry may relax slightly with wear and shrink marginally in the wash; washing cold and drying low keeps the fit consistent.

How do I place an order?

Choose your colourway, then pick Hoodie Only, Pants Only or the Full Set Bundle, select your size and add it to the cart. Open the cart and continue to checkout, where you enter your shipping details and payment. Prices are shown tax-exclusive; taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email, then a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Can I buy the hoodie and pants separately?

Where available, VELOR tops and bottoms may be offered individually so customers can select their preferred size for each piece. Final purchasing options will be shown on the product page at launch.

How long will my order take?

Collection 001 is expected to require approximately 4–6 weeks for processing and fulfillment before orders are shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery timeframe based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that the 4–6 week timeframe refers to order processing and fulfillment and does not include carrier transit time after the package has shipped.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing wear, marks, scent or damage to the rhinestone script or emblem cannot be accepted. To start a return or exchange, email shop@velorstudio.ca with your order number and the reason. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
